1 What are the barriers to communication ? How would you remove to them in your communication?
Ans The following are the barriers in a effective communication. These are the following:
1 use of specific symbols: there is created a barrier in communication when a sender
use specific words and symbols in the message. In this receiver must not able to
understand that particular symbols and words used in message. Thus it creates barrier
in communication.
2 badly express message; sometime a sender is not express the message in
a proper way . The way of expression of message is very bad. Thus the receiver is
not able to receive the message. Thus it creates barrier in communication.
3 cultural barrier: there is a barrier of culture is created in communication
process. Sender and receiver are belong to separate region or culture, in this proper
communication among party is not created.
4 Unclarified assumption: if the sender use assumption in sending message to
its receiver, in such a way receiver must not clarify this assumption, hence created
hindrances in communication.
The communication must be effective by follow the some steps in mind.
1, The message tone must be easy and understandable . So that effective
communication is initiated.
2 the language must be used which is understood by receiver.
3. Specific symbols and words must be eliminate while designing the message.
4. Specific notation must be ignored in message.
5 message must be design according to need of its receiver.
Above are those steps which is followed in design an effective communication.
2 Discuss the role of body language in communication?
Ans Body language is an important part in the communication. Body language is
highly
important in this competitive World . The corporate sector give high importance
to body language in
good manner. Any bad sign of body language must broke the
deals in business. It even loss to the
network of people.
Actions speak louder than words. So it plays a vital role in the communication. It is
a
non verbal communication in which physical behaviour as opposed to words are used
to express or convey the information. Such behaviour include facial expression ,body
posture, gesture, eye
movement, touch and the use of space. It exists in both animals
and humans .
Body language must not
be confused with sign language , as sign language are full
language like spoken language and have their
own complex grammar system as well
as being able to exhibit the fundamental properties that exist in
all language.
Non verbal communication accounts for the majority of information transmitted during
interpersonal interaction. It help in establish the relationship between the two people
and regulates
interaction, but can be ambiguous.
3.What makes a group discussion successful ?
Ans.
The first and the foremost tip for an individual to perform well in a GD is to
learn
the art of participation. Don’t expect others to force you to speak. Take the initiative participate in the
discussion and share your ideas with others. Never shut in a group discussion and always wait for your

but differs in meaning. It is say that pronunciation is identical and spelling is also
identical but there is difference in the meaning.
